Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, you may do so. We recommend contacting us within 12 hours of placing your order to request a cancellation or change. If the item(s) have already been shipped by the time we receive your cancellation request, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs. In this case, it will be considered a return, not a cancellation. Please refer to our Return Policy below for further information on the return process.
Order Cancellation (After Shipment) and Return Policy
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of its receipt and whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
Reasons for non-approval of a refund include:
The jar(s), lid(s), and spoon(s) are missing from the returned packaging.
The shilajit has been removed from the jar.
The customer failed to contact us with a claim form or attempt a return within 15 days.
If your return is approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 14 days of Shilajit Elixir™ receiving the returned item(s). Please note, the refund will only cover the cost of the product(s) and will not include the initial shipping fees.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. After you initiate a claim, a staff member will contact you with instructions. If you are returning a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please provide a photo of the item(s) to verify the claim. If a photo is not provided and the item is not deemed defective or incorrect, return shipping costs will not be refunded. Once we receive the product(s), we will issue a refund or reship the order, depending on your preference, at no additional cost.

Exchanges (If Applicable)
We only offer exchanges for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect. Please contact us promptly with details of the product. Once we approve the return, we will ship a replacement item as soon as we receive the returned item(s). Return shipping costs will be refunded only if a photo of the shipping receipt is provided. If no receipt is provided, shipping costs will not be refunded.
If the Product Never Arrived
If your order has not arrived, please email us immediately. We will initiate an investigation with the postal service to gather relevant information. If the postal service has not delivered the package to the correct address, we will reship your order free of charge. Please note that delivery times for exchanged products may vary depending on your location.
Note: This policy does not cover misuse, accidental damage, water damage, or abuse of the product.
RETURN POLICY
As Shilajit Elixir™ is an edible product, we adhere to a strict "No Return Policy." However, if a return is necessary, the complete product(s) must be returned, including the Shilajit Elixir™ jar(s) and spoon(s) in their original packaging.
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
The Shilajit Elixir™ jar and lid seal must remain intact, along with the spoon.
Returns must be shipped via registered mail.
All items must be in their original packaging and properly secured for shipping.
Any items that do not meet these conditions will not be refunded or exchanged. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the safe arrival of the returned item(s).
Please do not return your purchase without prior authorization.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrect items. In such cases, return shipping costs will be refunded, as outlined in our Refund Policy.
Order Cancellations
To cancel an order, please email us at feedback@shilajitelixir.com. We recommend contacting us within 12 hours of placing your order. If the order has not been shipped by the time we receive the cancellation request, we will issue a full refund, including the shipping cost, within a few days. For details, please refer to our Refund Policy. If the order has already been shipped, you will need to wait for the item(s) to arrive and then follow the return process as described above. In this case, you will be refunded for the product but not the shipping costs.
Wrong, Defective, or Damaged Products
If the product(s) arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at feedback@shilajitelixir.com with details and images of the item(s). Once we approve the return, we will ship the correct item(s) within a few days. Return shipping costs will be refunded. If you prefer a refund instead of a replacement, please inform us in your email. For additional details, please refer to our Refund Policy.
